PESO Compliances (Petroleum & Explosive Safety Organization)
- Various Industrial gases storage drawing preparation, documentation, submission, approval & licences for storage & utility use of industrial gases from PESO.
- Communication with various officials of PESO to understand the industrial requirements/guidelines.
- Liaison and follow up with various offices of PESO to secure Plan Approval & necessary licences from PESO.
- Approval of site layout & construction plans of the premises.
- Provision of final licence NOC for proposed utility gases (i.e. Cyclopentane, refrigerant gas, LPG ).
- Application & Approval of various Licences for end user, manufacture, storage, transport and import/export of explosives.
- Statutory Tests and Examination.
- Compliance of Explosives Rules, 2008 (Rule 6 of 39) Compliance of Petroleum Rules, 2002 (Rule 63 and 4)
